With lifelong experience of martial arts and meditation i have the transition to Yoga very close.

From all the stretching i Yin yoga is very familiar with me and it is a  very powerful practice to come closer yo your own body and to release tension.


I also developed a special class that is more Physical for athletes or people that like a challenge and a strong energising class that build strength in the whole body while we are having fun 😉  This class is suitable for everyone that wants to build strength , reduce pain and loose weight
