Strength Builder 40 minutes

I created a 40min class where we focus on building strength in the whole body combined with deep stretching. It is great for athletes to maintain strength and preventing injuries but everyone can benefit from it. Stay calm and focused and breath deep and you will find that inner strength beyond when your minds cries it wants chocolate. Remember to adjust and adapt to your own body and limits !
